Best-selling Christian author Robin Jones Gunn had a unique problem. She had over 20,000 Facebook fans, but didn’t have an effective way to traffic them to her online shop. Working together, we devised a strategy to bridge this gap. We started by refining her brand image. We then connected the dots between Facebook, her email campaigns, and her website. We transitioned her to a custom WordPress site, helped her establish a blogging ritual, integrated her online shop, and designed email templates -- all with a consistent look and feel.
